Terms & Conditions:
All cars are chauffeur-driven. Prices are INCLUSIVE of Government of India's 5% Service Tax. For IN-CITY use, Charges are for 10 kms. or one hour (or part thereof) whichever comes first. For instance, 4 hours/40 kms. and 8 hours/80 kms. For OUTSTATION trips, minimum of 250 kms. per day will be charged. 50% extra charges for Hilly regions. Parking charges and Inter-State taxes/fees will be extra at actuals. Distance and time will be calculated from Garage to Garage. Additional usage charges, if any, will be payable by you to the car rental company at the end of the trip. CANCELLATION POLICY: 15% Processing Charges will be levied for bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to the Start Date. 50% for cancellations between 48 hours to 7 days, and 100% for less than 48 hours. Prices in Indian Rupees are applicable only to those domiciled in India - whether Indian nationals or foreign nationals with a certificate of registration. US Dollar prices are applicable for Non-Resident Indians and Foreign Nationals.
